How to Export Your Garmin Data

We’ll need a copy of your activity data to create your custom artwork. Don’t worry — it only takes about 10 minutes of your time, and Garmin does the heavy lifting.

Step 1: Sign in to Garmin Connect

• Go to connect.garmin.com and sign in.

Step 2: Request Your Data Export

• Click your profile icon (top right) → Account Settings.

• Under Account Information, select Request Data Export.

Garmin will now prepare your full account data — including all your activities — and bundle it into a single .zip file.
This process can take up to 48 hours depending on how much activity history you have.

Step 3: Download Your Data

• Garmin will email you when your export is ready.

• Open the email and click the Download link.

• Save the .zip file to your computer.

Step 4: Upload It to Us

• Once you have the file, upload the file to us HERE

  • You’ll select your file

  • When you click the Upload button, your browser will ask you for an order number - just write your name, and click OK. This uploads your .zip folder to a secure Google Cloud Storage bucket.

A Note About Your Privacy

Your Garmin export includes everything Garmin has about your account.
We only use your GPS activity files (your routes) to create your artwork.
We do not use or store your health data, personal information, or device details.
Want your files deleted after we’re done? Just ask — we’ll take care of it.
